The Hawaii Fashion Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Honolulu, dedicated to nurturing the creative talents of Hawaii's fashion designers and celebrating the islands' unique cultural identity through the art of fashion.

The Hawaii Fashion Foundation offers a comprehensive suite of programs designed to support designers at every stage of their creative journey. Our annual Honolulu Fashion Showcase is the premier event for local designers to present their collections to buyers, media, and the broader community.
Our Designer Development Program provides emerging talent with mentorship from industry professionals, access to professional studios, and guidance on building sustainable fashion businesses. We also offer scholarships to students pursuing fashion design education at Hawaii's colleges and universities.
The Cultural Threads Initiative documents and celebrates traditional Hawaiian textile arts, ensuring that indigenous design techniques are preserved and integrated into contemporary fashion. Through community workshops, we teach these techniques to new generations of designers.
